01. About the seller

Misuae is the artist name used on this website. The legal seller’s name, business address, and support email will be identified here before ordering opens. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean that seller; “you” means the customer or website visitor.

Our exclusive printing and fulfillment partner is Milweb1 Express (Milweb1 LLC), Franklin, Wisconsin, USA. Misuae remains your point of contact for purchases and order problems. The printer’s address is not an authorized return destination unless we provide return instructions.

02. Using the shop

These terms describe the proposed conditions for purchasing physical art prints and using this website. At checkout, customers will be shown the applicable terms and final-sale policy before submitting an order. A version of the terms applicable to an order will remain available with the order record.

You must have legal capacity to enter into the purchase or act with an authorized adult’s permission. You must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information and be authorized to use the selected payment method. Do not send payment-card information through ordinary email.

The shop is being prepared for customers in the United States. Supported destinations, including any restrictions for states, territories, PO boxes, or military addresses, will be stated before purchase. This preview does not promise delivery to every location.

03. Prints & product descriptions

The planned print formats are 18 × 24 inches and 24 × 36 inches. Each actual listing will identify the artwork, available format, price, paper or substrate, print method, any border, and whether dimensions refer to the sheet or printed image. Framing, signatures, numbering, and edition limits are included only if expressly stated in that listing.

Images of interiors, frames, or accessories are illustrative unless the listing expressly includes them. Screen brightness, color settings, and lighting may cause modest differences between an on-screen image and a physical print. This does not excuse a materially inaccurate description, substantial color or production defect, or delivery of the wrong work.

The watermarked artworks and their relative scale animation are previews, not a final print listing. Final crop or border treatment, edition size, paper, availability, and price will be stated before any purchase.

04. Prices & payment

Shop prices will be displayed in US dollars (USD). The complete order total, including disclosed shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any mandatory fees, will be shown before you commit to a purchase. Any import charges or customs responsibilities must be disclosed before ordering if they apply to the fulfillment arrangement.

Your bank or card provider may apply its own currency-conversion or cross-border charges. We do not control those charges. Accepted payment methods and the payment provider will be identified at checkout. This preview has no payment integration and does not collect payment details.

Prices and availability may change for future orders. If a material pricing or description error affects an order, we will explain the error and ask whether you want to proceed on the corrected terms. We will not impose an increased charge without your agreement. If the order cannot proceed, any amount collected for the canceled order will be refunded.

05. Orders & acceptance

Review the selected artwork, size, quantity, delivery address, total price, and final-sale policy before submitting your order. An automated receipt acknowledges that an order request was received; acceptance will be confirmed separately in the order confirmation. If we cannot fulfill or accept an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for it.

We may decline an order for a legitimate reason such as unavailable inventory, inability to deliver to the requested destination, a payment failure, or a reasonable fraud concern. We will not retain payment for an order we cancel without fulfilling.

Contact support promptly if you discover an address or selection error. We may be able to help before production or dispatch, but discretionary changes are not guaranteed. This does not limit cancellations or remedies required by law or expressly provided below.

06. All sales final

All sales are final. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Check the artwork, size, and address carefully. You may request a cancellation or correction immediately after ordering, but it is not guaranteed. Once processing begins, discretionary cancellations and refunds are unavailable. An order already processed or shipped cannot be returned simply because you selected the wrong size or artwork or changed your mind.

This policy does not exclude remedies for verified defects, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods, delivery failures, qualifying shipping delays, or orders we cancel, to the extent required by applicable law. Mandatory consumer, warranty, and payment-dispute rights remain available.

The final-sale notice will appear alongside products and before payment, as well as in the footer.

07. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders

Inspect your delivery immediately and report defects, damage, or shortages to Misuae in writing within two business days of receipt. This is our fulfillment partner’s claim window, so contact us as soon as possible to allow us to forward the claim promptly. Use the support address published with your order, include its number and a description, and provide photographs of the print and packaging when reasonably available. Retain the item and packaging during review.

Milweb1 Express’s published replacement policy is limited to incorrectly processed orders and requires receipt of returned merchandise before replacement. Contact us before returning anything; we will coordinate the assessment and provide any authorized return instructions, destination, and applicable postage arrangements. Do not assume a prepaid label or automatic refund is included.

We will explain the available remedy after review and provide any replacement, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law. The supplier’s reporting window and return conditions do not cut off your non-waivable rights against the seller. Damage caused by misuse or mishandling after delivery is not a production defect.

08. Shipping, processing & delays

Orders will be printed and fulfilled exclusively through Milweb1 Express. Its paper-poster service advertises next-day production for print-ready artwork and free overnight shipping within the USA, including Alaska and Hawaii. Production and carrier transit are separate stages; this is not a promise that your order arrives the day after you place it.

The final print material and service have not yet been selected. Each listing and checkout will state the applicable production estimate, dispatch timing, shipping service, any charges, and address restrictions before purchase. Cutoffs, weekends, holidays, and destination eligibility must be confirmed for that service. No delivery date is guaranteed unless expressly stated in your order.

Where the US Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule applies, we must have a reasonable basis to ship within the promised period or, if no period is stated, within 30 days.

If we cannot meet that period, we will give the required delay notice and cancellation/refund option, obtain consent when required, and cancel and promptly refund unshipped merchandise when the rule requires. All-sales-final wording does not override these obligations.

We will not substitute a different artwork, size, or material without your agreement. Any split shipment and resulting charge will be disclosed before you are bound to it.

09. Delivery addresses & missing parcels

Provide a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact support immediately about an error; changes may become impossible after processing begins. If an address error requires reshipping, we will explain any additional charge and obtain your agreement before charging it. We will correct errors caused by us at our expense.

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, check household members, reception, and nearby delivery locations, then contact Misuae promptly. We will coordinate an investigation with the fulfillment partner and carrier. Carrier loss, damage, or delay is not automatically covered by the printer’s replacement policy.

We will assess delivery failures individually and provide any remedy required by applicable law. A tracking scan or handover to a carrier does not by itself remove your mandatory rights. Suspected theft after delivery should also be reported promptly so the circumstances can be assessed.

10. Authorized refunds

When a refund is approved or required, we will confirm its amount and submit it promptly to the original payment method, unless another lawful method is agreed or necessary. Refunds required by a specific legal deadline will be handled within that deadline. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

The refund will include shipping, taxes, and other amounts when required by law or appropriate to the reason for the refund. We will not impose a restocking fee to remedy our own error, a verified defect, or an applicable mandatory cancellation right. Store credit will not replace a legally required monetary refund without your agreement.

11. Artwork & copyright

Buying a print transfers ownership of the physical item, not copyright in the artwork. Copyright and other intellectual-property rights remain with Misuae or the respective rights holder. You may display your physical print for personal enjoyment and exercise any rights that applicable law grants to owners of physical copies.

Unless separately licensed or otherwise permitted by law, purchasing a print does not authorize reproduction, distribution of digital copies, creation of commercial merchandise, or use of the artwork, signature, or artist name to imply endorsement. Requests for commercial licensing require a separate written agreement.

12. Website use & availability

You may browse the site and use it for lawful purchases. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse another person’s information. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use without affecting remedies owed for an existing legitimate order.

We aim to maintain accurate information and an available website, but temporary errors or interruptions can occur. We will correct material errors when identified. Links to external websites do not mean that we control their content or policies.

13. Personal information

Our privacy notice explains the current preview’s data practices. It will be updated before checkout, customer accounts, subscriptions, or other data-collecting services are added. Order and payment information will be processed only as described in the applicable notice and law.

Purchasing will not require agreeing to unrelated marketing. Any optional marketing consent will be requested separately where applicable.

14. Consumer rights & responsibility

Nothing in these terms excludes a guarantee, warranty, remedy, or other right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. We do not exclude responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No statement that the website is provided as available reduces our responsibility for fulfilling accepted orders.

Any limitation permitted by applicable law will be interpreted narrowly and fairly. If your state or jurisdiction gives you rights that differ from these terms, those mandatory rights remain available. These terms do not impose a mandatory arbitration agreement or a class-action waiver.

15. Questions, contact & disputes

The seller’s customer-support email, legal identity, and business contact details will be published before checkout opens. Please include your order number when contacting support about a purchase. We will seek to resolve genuine order concerns in good faith.

No governing-law selection or exclusive court location is designated in this draft because the seller’s legal entity and operating location have not yet been confirmed. Any later provision must preserve consumer protections and access to remedies that cannot be waived. You remain free to contact a relevant consumer-protection authority or use lawful payment-dispute procedures.

16. Changes & interpretation

We may update these terms for future transactions. The version presented when you placed an accepted order governs that order, except for a change required by law or expressly agreed with you. We will not retroactively remove an existing customer’s rights by changing this page.

If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not automatically waive it. Headings are provided for readability.
